I'm Lucy — sports therapist, advanced bodywork practitioner, and the founder of LuceZen. I built this studio because I believe the body is capable of extraordinary healing when it is worked with properly. I've trained in India, studied fascia and the lymphatic system, and spent my career working with people in chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, pregnancy massage/postpartum and everything in between.

Everything I do here — treatments and training — comes from that conviction. This work matters. And I never stop treating it as though it does.
