Arriving for your appointment Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. I don't have a waiting area, so arriving too early may mean waiting outside. Take a breath, leave your worries at the door, and know that this time is entirely yours.
Your space, your rules There is no judgement here. No need to apologise for your body, your thoughts, or how you feel. Leave the word sorry at the door. This is a space to let go, feel safe, and simply be yourself.
Before your appointment Please fill out your health questionnaire fully so I can make sure your treatment is safe and completely personalised to you. Let me know about any medical conditions, injuries, areas of tension, or anything that feels relevant. The more I know, the better I can help.
A note on communication Massage takes a lot of energy and I protect my downtime so I can show up fully for every client. All booking and treatment information is available on this website. Please use the booking link for appointments and the contact form for enquiries.
