PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Become the therapist people come back to.
At LuceZen, every course is built around one principle — understanding why a technique works, not just how to perform it. You will leave equipped to help real people with real pain, tension, and physical needs. Not just able to follow a routine.
Certificate on Completion
Once all practical and home study elements are completed, you receive a LuceZen certificate. IPHM accreditation is in progress.
Every Minute In The Room Is Hands-On
All theory, anatomy and study is completed in your own time before you arrive. So every minute in the studio with Lucy is spent doing — not listening. You leave each day ready to work.
Home Study Sets You Up To Succeed
Structured study materials are provided ahead of each session. You come prepared, which means the in-person time goes further and your skills develop faster.

A maximum of six students per group. This is a deliberate and important part of how LuceZen trains. Small groups mean personal, hands-on attention throughout the day — not a demonstration to watch from a distance. Every student receives real feedback, real correction, and real guidance.
-
All courses include a full printed manual, lifetime online access to all learning resources, structured home study, and a certificate of completion. Flexible payment options are available across all courses.
-
Yes. That is the standard every LuceZen training day is held to. The goal is not to give you a certificate and send you away to figure it out. By the end of your course you will have the technique, the clinical understanding, the client communication skills, and the confidence to offer the treatment professionally and start earning from it. Theory and anatomy are completed at home so that every hour in the studio is dedicated entirely to hands-on practice.
-
All courses are taught by Lucy — founder of LuceZen, qualified sports therapist, advanced massage therapist, and IPHM-accredited trainer. She works with clients every day in the same studio where she teaches — so everything she passes on comes from active, current practice.
