I live and breathe this work. Now I'm teaching it.
I didn't choose massage. Massage chose me. From the very first time I worked on someone, I knew this was what I was here to do.
I am Lucy. I am an advanced massage therapist and the founder of LuceZen Advanced Bodywork & Training in Bradford. My work is intuitive, deeply personal, and built entirely around the individual in front of me.
Every body tells a story. My job is to listen to it.
MY STORY
There is so much more to this than massage.
I have always been deeply intuitive and able to feel where tension lives in a body, where pain is hiding, and what needs to be released. For me, massage was never about following a sequence. It was about truly understanding what a person's body is carrying and knowing exactly how to help.
I am a qualified advanced massage therapist, but I know that deep tissue alone doesn't reach the root of pain. The fascia does. It holds physical tension, emotional patterns and stored trauma that the body hasn't let go of. Working with the fascia is how I get results that last.

I also work closely with the lymphatic system because I know it is central to healing. When lymph flows properly, the body can recover the way it was designed to. It is a key part of every treatment I give.
What drives me is simple. I love to help people heal. Whether someone comes to me with chronic pain, emotional tension stored in the body, or simply the need to feel cared for, I go above and beyond every single time. My clients return again and again because they feel the difference. Many come after trying everything else.
I am a born healer. Everything I do, from the way I treat clients to the way I teach, comes from that place.
MY PHILOSOPHY IN PRACTICE
I don't work from a script. Every treatment is built around the person in front of me, what their body is holding and what it needs to let go of. Pain isn't always just physical. My job is to find it and release it.
Intuitive & Individual
No two treatments are the same. I read each body as I work and adapt everything in real time. You will never receive a generic massage with me.
Fascia is Everything
The fascia is where pain truly lives; physically, emotionally and spiritually. I work with it deeply because that is where real, lasting release happens.
The Lymphatic System is Key
I work closely with the lymphatic system in every treatment. When it flows properly the body heals the way it was designed to. It is central to everything I do.
